We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

            Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

                                   Must include original packaging and tags

                       Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

                        Clear instructions on how and where to send your item

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


🚨 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at comfycollects@gmail.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

   Some items cannot be returned, including:

                                    Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants 🌸)

                                            Custom or personalized items

                                          Personal care or beauty products

                               Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

🚫 Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, feel free to reach out before returning.


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must be:

                                                      Unused and unworn

                                             In original packaging with tags

                                            Returned with proof of purchase


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund
